The Streamer Awards 2023: Voting for nominees has begun!
The Streamer Awards are back! The awards show, created by streamer QTCinderella and considered one of the most anticipated in the streamer community today, is scheduled to take place on February 17th, in Los Angeles, and fans will be able to vote on which creators will receive nominations.
With a total of 28 categories, covering all sectors of the streamer community, the Streamer Awards 2023 arrives even stronger, after setting records during the awards show in 2022.
Voting to choose the nominees is now open and continues until January 19th in the following categories:
- Streamer of the Year
- Best Just Chatting Streamer
- Best Variety Streamer
- Gamer of the Year
- Best VTuber
- Best Content Organization
- Rising Star Award
- The Sapphire Award
- League of Their Own
- Best Breakthrough Streamer
- Best Minecraft Streamer
- Best IRL Streamer
- Stream Game of the Year
- Best Fighting Games Streamer
- Best Speedrun Streamer
- Best International Streamer
- Best Shared Channel
- Best Streamed Series
- Best Streamed Event
- Hidden Gem
- Best Battle Royale Streamer
- Best FPS Streamer
- Best Roleplay Streamer
- Best Software and Game Development Streamer
- Best Chess Streamer
- Best Strategy Game Streamer
- Best MMORPG Streamer
- Best Creative Arts Streamer
Anyone who wants to nominate a streamer or content creator for any of these categories, simply access the official The Streamer Awards website.
There are still no details about the broadcast of the event, but if we take The Game Awards 2023 as an example, the awards this year will be broadcast on the Twitch channel of QTCinderella.

Criteria for nominees for The Streamer Awards 2023
Despite the freedom to nominate whoever you want for the selection of nominees, there are some criteria that the Streamer Awards takes into consideration when choosing who will compete in each of the award categories.
- The nominated streamer must have broadcast at least 200 hours live in 2023.
- For specific categories, such as Chess, Battle Royale and MMORPG, the streamer must have broadcast at least 100 hours in that category in 2023.
