Fortnite gets special map in collaboration with the game Alan Wake

Fortnite is always bringing new things to its players and in the month of Halloween, celebrated on October 31st, the popular Battle Royale from Epic Games gets a special map in collaboration with the game Alan Wake.

The partnership with Remedy Entertainment, developer of the Alan Wake franchise, takes place on the eve of the launch of Alan Wake II, which arrives on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series on October 27th.

Experience the terror of Alan Wake in Fortnite

As part of Fortnitemares, the battle royale’s Halloween event, Fortnite players will be able to experience some of the horror presented in the game Alan Wake, thanks to a special map, available in the game’s creative mode.

The map, called “Flashback”, recreates the iconic Bright Falls region, highlighting some of Alan Wake’s narrative elements and its successful mechanics.

In “Flashback”, Fortnite players will be able to experience (or relive, if they have played the Remedy Entertainment title before) some of the most important moments from Alan Wake.

It’s a campaign that presents a little of the game’s history, filled with nightmares, shadows and good scares that were already common in the horror game, originally released in 2010.

The “Flashback” experience includes CGI scenes, with original character models, dialogue, real-time events and many revelations through the spectral flashlight.
