TwitchCon 2023: Events in Europe and the United States are announced

After returning to the in-person format in 2022, with shows by Megan Thee Stallion and Kim Petras, TwitchCon returns in 2023 with events in Europe and the United States already confirmed and announced.

Twitch announced this Thursday (16) the TwitchCon in Europe and the United States, more precisely in Paris, France, and Las Vegas, respectively.

TwitchCon Paris takes place on July 8th and 9th, while TwitchCon Las Vegas takes place from October 20th to 22nd.

“Every day Twitch brings together a global community of millions to share an endless array of passions from gaming to sports, arts, talk-shows and more,” said Damien Burns, Twitch’s Senior Vice President/GM, EMEA.

“Those who join us in Paris in July will see the magic of Twitch come to life IRL – communities meeting their favourite streamers often for the very first time in-person, history being made in Twitch Rivals competitions, boundless creativity on display at Artist Alley and a wide array of unmissable brand experiences at our Expo Hall”.

Despite the confirmation of the events, possible musical attractions and special guests for the two TwitchCons have not yet been revealed.

TwitchCon unites Twitch’s content creators and streamers with their fans, in a weekend full of games and special activities, such as the TwitchCon Party and Twitch Rivals, an esports tournament with streamers and former professional players.

Despite the focus being on the streamer and the community that consumes this content, the event will also have space for artists, from different areas, to show their work and even sell their products. In 2022, for the first time, the event opened space for drag queens, bringing the first Drag Showcase.
