The Rise of MrBeast on YouTube
For those who follow YouTube creators and see the current ranking of the biggest channels on the platform, based on the number of subscribers, it might even be surprising that PewDiePie came second, since his channel, for a long time, had been the biggest YouTube channel around the world.
To get an idea of MrBeast‘s growth, the American creator’s channel reached 100 million subscribers in June this year and already surpassed PewDiePie in November. All thanks to their grand philanthropic challenges and giveaways.
With five different channels, with varied content, the popularity of MrBeast is such that the creator even started a channel aimed at the Brazilian public, MrBeastBrasil, with content completely translated into Portuguese.
MrBeast‘s Brazilian channel started on September of 2021 and is currently paralyzed, with the Portuguese content being served on the creator’s main channel. Even inactive, MrBeastBrasil already has over 5.56 million subscribers.
