The most popular streamers in the world – October 2023
When we talk about the streamer community, a veritable ocean of names comes to mind. And with each passing day, more people venture into this world of live streaming. But who are the most popular streamers in the world?
With several platforms available today around the world, the streamer community continues to grow, but some names have already established themselves as the biggest and most popular on the planet.
In October, across the three main platforms currently, Twitch, YouTube and Kick, names such as xQc, Amouranth, Kai Cenat, Adin Ross and NOBRU were among the most popular, gaining the largest share of the audience, according to data from the website StreamsCharts.
Twitch
Despite being behind YouTube in total hours watched, Twitch is the leader when it comes to gamer content in streaming, surpassing the 1.7 billion hours watched mark.
Some of Twitch’s biggest streamers left the platform to broadcast on Kick and therefore, the list of most popular streamers has changed a little in recent months, but, with more than 12.5 million hours watched in October, the audience leader remains being Kai Cenat.

YouTube Gaming
With more than 3 billion hours watched in October, YouTube is the largest live streaming platform on the planet. Despite this, gamer content on the platform is still below that shown on Twitch.
It is also on YouTube where Vtubers, content creators who display a virtual image instead of their camera, are strong and gain a good share of the platform’s audience.

Kick
As the newest platform in the live streaming community, Kick arrived promising a better environment for creators and audiences alike.
