In ShoppingMall Manager Simulator you’ll have to build and manage the shopping centre of your dreams. You’ll start by placing a few concrete slabs on the ground to welcome your first retailers and generate your first income. You’ll then have to reinvest these earnings to improve your shopping centre by creating a new car park, another floor, improving or adding walls and ceilings, decorating, etc.

Negotiate Rentals and Attract Customers in ShoppingMall Manager

Each shopkeeper will have his own requirements, such as the surface area needed for his shop or having a roof and walls. You’ll need to negotiate with them to get the best possible daily rent.

Once your first shopkeeper is in your shopping centre, your first customers will arrive by bus. You can also improve the bus station to attract more visitors. Car parks will bring in a new flow of visitors, so make sure you have enough of them.

Meet Customer Demands and Manage Shopkeeper Needs

Customers will also have desires, as they will want a particular type of retailer or service in your shopping centre. For example, one customer will want a furniture shop, while another will be looking for food.

As far as retailers are concerned, you can find clothes shops, games rooms, fitness centres and many more. Be careful to recover stolen goods from thieves so that your shopkeepers like and want to continue working with you. You’ll also need to keep your shopping centre clean so as not to impact on your customers. To do this, an employee system is available, allowing you to have guards or cleaners on hand.

Limited Variety for Streamers

From a streamer’s point of view, the game is fairly slow to get going and offers little variety from one game to the next, as the shops are the same and so are the steps you need to take to prosper.
