It is worth remembering that progress towards obtaining cosmetic items from Overwatch Drops will only be counted in broadcasts with Drops Activated. In other words, it’s a good idea to pay attention to broadcast tags to make sure you’re watching the correct channels to unlock Twitch Drops.

How to redeem Twitch Drops

To redeem the Drops, you must have your Battle.Net account connected to your Twitch account. To do this, simply follow the following steps:

  • Access Twitch in your browser
  • Log in to your account or create a new account if you haven’t already
  • Access the “Connections” tab on your Profile
  • Locate the Battle.Net option and authorize integration between Overwatch 2 and Twitch

Once the accounts are properly connected, simply access the inventory page on Twitch whenever you complete the time required to unlock any of the Drops. When you redeem the reward, it goes directly to your game account.
