New Genshin Impact update introduces new character: Kirara

If there’s one game that’s never short of new content for its players and for streamers and content creators to explore, it’s Genshin Impact. And in its newest update, now available, a new character was introduced: Kirara.

The update puts the game in its 3.7 version and brings several gameplay improvements, bug fixes, new weapons, new story quests, new events, spiral abyss and character banners, and of course, the new playable character.

According to Genshin Impact’s description, Kirara is a 4-star Dendro vision support character. She is a Nekomata delivery girl for Komaniya Express, a delivery company in the Inazuma region, who uses a sword as her combat weapon.

Kirara has high mobility and provides shields to her teammates, which absorb damage from attacks against her and her teammates.

Kirara is available in the current two Genshin Impact character banners: Tapestry of Golden Flames and Everbloom Violet. Both banners will be in-game until June 13th.

With the arrival of Kirara, Genshin Impact now has 68 playable characters and already has another character announced to arrive soon in the game: Dainsleif.
