Kick shows interest in Kai Cenat as Twitch bans his channel yet again

The live streaming platform war just got more interesting and real. Now, the dispute is direct: Kai Cenat. Kick has already shown interest in the streamer, the biggest on Twitch today. What about Twitch? Banned his channel once again.

After setting the record for the most subscribers in a month, Kai Cenat received a very special gift from the Kick team: a pair of custom green Nike x OffWhite Air Force 1 sneakers.

The gift was opened by the streamer during a live broadcast on April 14th and was understood as a “joke” in relation to the gift that Twitch itself sent to Kai, when he broke the platform’s record of subscribers: a pair of sneakers and a message from Twitch. The streamer actually expected at least a contract with the platform.

The special gift sent by Kick increased rumors that Kai Cenat could be hired by the platform, leaving Twitch for good, and leaving behind the widely criticized policy of Amazon’s live streaming platform sharing revenue from channels.

Who will win this war?

Twitch bans Kai Cenat (yet again!)

And while Kick fills Kai Cenat with gifts and, possibly, good proposals, Twitch bans the streamer’s channel on its platform.

This Monday (17), Kai Cenat’s Twitch channel was banned by the platform once again. Despite the shock of this ban, it appears to be only temporary and the cause was not specified by Amazon’s live streaming platform.

This is the second time that Kai Cenat’s channel has been banned on Twitch in this year of 2023 alone. The longest ban on the streamer was 30 days, in March 2022.

threatens to leave…
if banned again…

lol? I don’t get it I don’t know a single person that is doing well on twitch personally that can’t stay within twitch guidelines, so honestly I really couldn’t care less when big streamers get themselves banned and then whine about it, let him to go kick honestly literally doesn’t impact a single one of us as much as he or many would love to think
