Casimiro sets new audience record in 2023
Soccer continues to prove to be strong on live streaming platforms, and with that the channel of streamer Casimiro conquered another record, now having the biggest live transmission of 2023, thanks to a soccer game.
The match between Flamengo and Vasco, for the Rio de Janeiro State Champisonship semifinal, gave CazéTV YouTube channel the record for the biggest stream in 2023, with a peak of almost 4.8 million simultaneous users watching the transmission.
The game took place last Sunday (19), with Flamengo’s victory, and the broadcast on the CazéTV channel had an average of 2 million viewers and a total of 8.9 million hours watched.
As a result, Casmiro’s channel continues to lead the world’s largest channels in 2023, in terms of peak audience numbers. In the Top 10 are also the channels of streamers TheGrefg and ibai, both from Twitch
Other channels in the Top 10 of the biggest broadcasts, in peak audience, include: PSG, Nintendo of America, Miss Universe and FIFA.

Casimiro is no novice when it comes to records. And soccer is always involved. As one of the most popular streamers in Brazil and the most popular sports journalistof the world, Casimito already secured impressive records with his YouTube channel.
The most grandiose of them happened at the 2022 World Cup, in Qatar, when the CazéTV channel, on YouTube, achieved the second highest peak of live audience on the Google video platform.
The record of 6.1 million simultaneous people in the transmission is only smaller than the transmission of Felix Baumgartner, Austrian skydiver,which in 2012 jumped out of the Earth’s stratosphere, broadcast live on YouTube, and achieved no less than a peak of 8 million users connected simultaneously.
