Kick has plans for contracts with small and medium streamers
As a direct competitor to Twitch, the current leader in the live streaming market, Kick has been standing out with multimillion contracts signed with the biggest streamers of today. But the platform, officially launched in January 2023, also has plans for contracts with small and medium streamers.
At least that’s what Kick CEO Eddie Craven recently stated on his official Twitter account.
Responding to a Twitter user who claimed that the $100 million deal with xQc was a bad move for Kick, Eddie Craven stated:
“X is a true flagship of the streaming industry. There’s definitely 100 x $1m deals up for grabs. There’s even 1,000 x $100k deals up for grabs. All alongside a creator incentive program made to ensure anyone can be paid a fair price for quality streams. Give us time :)”

Kick’s plans for small and medium streamers
This was not the first time that Eddie Craven commented on the very high contracts offered by Kick to the biggest streamers of today and its counterpart for small and medium-sized streamers.
In a recent interview for the Gamer Update channel on YouTube, Kick’s CEO spoke about the platform’s large investments in streamers and assured that smaller content creators will also have their space.
“When you see x amount of dollars, you know, um, used towards a contract with the likes of xQc? We’ve got far more that we’re allocating towards that smaller to medium to large size creators as well, that’s for sure.
We understand that value and I agree with you, I personally think 100 1 million dollar contracts will always be more valuable than one 100 million dollar contract.”
